AutumnGold's mission is to help Idaho senior citizens find affordable housing that promotes their independence and self-reliance. AutumnGold-affiliated communities are specifically designed to meet the needs of senior households. Working with residents of our senior communities, AutumnGold coordinates an umbrella of services that can meet their needs. We help our residents better adjust to lifestyle changes, empower them to access needed services, and enrich the qualify of life for both them and their families.
Residents services that we have accessed include:
Energy Assistance, Telephone Assistance, Food Boxes, Home Health Care Services, Health and Welfare Assistance, Grocery and Cash Assistance, Transportation Services, Prescription Assistance, Qualified Medical Benefits, Rental Assistance
Our staff meets directly with seniors and their families to evaluate and address their individual services needs. Our programs ultimately help elders who participate to advocate effectively for themselves, improve the qualify of the lives, increasing their self-esteem and problem solving skills, and most importantly, adjusting to aging. Coordination of the elderly with available services brings earlier intervention that can delay the onset of serious concerns such as healthcare or institutionalization needs, thereby reducing the overall burden on family or government.
