AutumnGold Affordable Housing provides multiple programs to help families achieve their affordable housing dreams. AutumnGold offers economical home ownership opportunities in partnership with Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) and the City of Boise. IHFA's HOME Program (HOME) and Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) and City of Boise's HOME Program all offer home ownership assistance to qualified low to moderate income participants in the form of down payment and closing cost assistance. If you have good credit and qualify for a mortgage loan, but need down payment, closing cost or mortgage reduction assistance this program may be a good choice for you. AutumnGold also partners with some local senior apartment complexes to provided services and support to their residents.
